Posey invites you to join the Live Online 7 Chakras Movement Meditation Series. Chakras are energy wheels within the body that flow with or without your intentional focus. This series encourages you to intentionally align your chakras each week for 4 weeks through gentle movement meditation that brings awareness to your energy centers. Posey will hold space for you to explore and align your chakras for 30 minutes each week.

This 4-week series is open to ALL Radiant Beings, whether you are just getting started or building on foundational knowledge of the energy system!

This series is offered live online via Zoom, and replays are available. If you cannot attend the live sessions, you are welcome to enroll and watch the replays at your own pace.

• Brief Verbal Explanation of the Chakras of the Week - 10 Minutes
• Gentle Movement Meditation to Align the Chakras of the Week - 15 Minutes
• Guided Meditation to Align and Ground the Chakras of the Week - 5 Minutes

After the Session:
