40 Minute Prop Less Yin Yoga


This class is perfect to release some tension in your hips and low back with longer holds. You do not need any yoga props for this class, however, if you have props and would like to use them, please do so.


You’re holding the poses between 2-4 minutes, but you can always come out of a pose when you’re ready or hold the pose longer than guided.
