Posey the yogi Restorative Yoga Teacher Training

Welcome to the 25 Hour Radiant Being Restorative Yoga Teacher Training

Restorative Yoga has become increasingly popular. This practice is the stillness counterpart to the yang practices like ashtanga, vinyasa, and 26&2. Restorative Yoga invites students to find stillness in our fast-paced world. This practice is even slower and promotes more stillness than Yin Yoga. Note: Restorative Yoga is different from Yin Yoga.

Whether you are getting started or building on foundational knowledge, this 25-hour Restorative Yoga Teacher Training certification program provides a fulfilling immersion into this practice, its history, philosophy, and much more.

This training is offered either in-studio. It is COHORT-based, so you will still train and learn collectively as a group. You will have access to the course material for reference forever! All the course material is under the online courses, and you will have access to that after the training - no expiration.

This training is ideal for:

  • New and seasoned yoga teachers who want to expand their skills and knowledge.

  • Yoga Practitioners who regularly practice Yin and/or Restorative Yoga who want to expand their practice.

  • Graduates of Radiant Being Yin Yoga Teacher Training who want to expand their knowledge and skillset to Restorative Yoga.
