Welcome to the 50 Hour Radiant Being Yin & Restorative Yoga Teacher Training at Ananda Yoga!
Are you interested in becoming a Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga Teacher? Join Posey Daves (E-RYT 500, YACEP, Teacher Trainer) for the 50 Hour Radiant Being Yin & Restorative Yoga Teacher Training! This training is divided into two weekends. The first weekend will focus on Yin Yoga, while the second weekend will cover Restorative Yoga. You have the option to participate in both trainings or choose just one.

Both Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga have gained popularity as they provide an opportunity for students to slow down and turn inward in a fast-paced world. These practices complement more active yang practices such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yoga Sculpt. While there are differences between Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga, this training will delve into their distinctions and explore the benefits of both yoga practices.

Whether you are just starting out or building on foundational knowledge, these Teacher Training certification programs offer a comprehensive immersion into the practice. They cover its history, philosophy, and more.

This training is ideal for:
-
New and Seasoned Yoga Teachers who want to expand their teaching skills and knowledge.
-
Seasoned Yin or Restorative Yoga Practitioners who regularly practice Yin and/or Restorative Yoga who want to expand their personal practice.
-
